Patient with a crooked nose, severe septal deviation, large dorsal hump, and a large nose with a droopy tip. She underwent septorhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and correction of the deviated nose and septum, shortening the nose along with tip elevation and rotation. A more balanced and natural look was achieved.
