Patient with a long nose and a bulbous and droopy tip. He also had a slightly short chin. He underwent rhinoplasty, refining the tip, lowering the bridge, and rotation of the tip with shortening of the nose. He also had a chin augmentation with a silastic implant and liposuction of the neck. Balanced facial proportions were achieved with the three procedures.
