Patient with a dorsal hump, a long nose, and prominent (protruding) ears. He underwent rhinoplasty with reduction of the dorsal hump, shortening of the nose, and tip rotation. He also had otoplasty (ear surgery) with refinement of his ears to a more natural look. The results were more balanced facial proportions and a natural look.
