A patient with a deviated nose to the left, overprojecting tip, a dorsal hump, and a columellar show. After septorhinoplasty, note a straighter nose, a smooth dorsal profile with tip rotation and shortening, and improvement of her columellar show. A nicer facial balance was achieved.
